"Dr. Melanie is an amazing chiropractor! It has been several years since I have been under chiropractic care, and I came to her with many physical complaints from relatively simple activities: radiating pain from my hips to my ankles while tying shoes or taking off snow boots, limitation of head turning because of painful pinching in neck and shoulders, and overall tightness and sore lower back while picking up objects. She was able to break down each of my problems, and gave me tools, including heat/ ice before and after exercises & stretching, nutritional recommendations (fish oil, turmeric, magnesium, etc) and activity level maintenance (walking as long as comfortable; I strive for 10K steps/day). She has changed my life and outlook for enjoying the physical activities I have looked forward to: especially snowboarding with my sons this coming winter! I highly recommend her as a comprehensive chiropractor who uses many modalities during treatments!"
